Dr.Seipel Commemoration, October 12th


Ignaz Seipel (1876-1932) was Chancellor of Austria from 1922 to 1924 and again from 1926 to 1929.
Sold at twice face value, the proceeds were for the Ex-Servicemen's Fund.
